Creamy Spinach Salad Ingredients
- 6 cups organic baby spinach
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 6 pieces coconut bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 very ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of Bragg’s Amino Acids
- Juice from one lime
- fresh ground pepper
Directions
Combine the spinach, eggs, coconut bacon and tomatoes in a large bowl.
In a small bowl whisk the avocado, olive oil, lime juice, Bragg’s Amino Acids and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad, mix and serve.
