- 2 cups mixed greens; get those pre-washed boxes
- 1/4 cup grilled peaches
- 1 Tablespoon blue cheese crumbles or low-fat feta cheese
- 1 Tablespoon dried cranberries
- 1 Tablespoon light salad dressing
- 7 oz grilled salmon; dont use oil, this oily fish doesn’t need it
