Your challenge this week is to prepare your meals and STAY AWAY from fast food or the drive-thru. No Eating Out fast food is off-limits 1000%.
Get out your brown bags, containers, or lunch boxes and pack your own food this week. Fast food is convenient, but it is low quality (cheap) food with a lack of nutritional value for your body.
Fast food will leave you unsatisfied, which will be sure to lead you to binge at night or take more snacks throughout the day. You’ll also likely find you’re unproductive after eating such foods. At night, prepare some lean proteins and vegetables for the next day. Prepare dinner with a few more servings, so you can use the leftovers for your lunch.
Eating out may be convenient, but so is keeping your food choices simple by implementing lean proteins, veggies, fruits, and seeds/nuts in each meal. You will have a hard time keeping weight off if you cheat and eat a meal that is not your own doing. I promise. A healthy diet is integral to fitness. They work together, synergizing the inside with good food and outside with fitness exercises.
