A Round Robin Workout is a well rounded full-body workout that doesnt have that many reps and wont take too much time. Follow these steps and take your time to do each exercise as correctly as possible.
Why the Round Robin Workout?
Doing these weekend warrior workouts in between your group training, yoga and gym exericses will help round out your fitness program. Its more fun as well to mix things up. During class we will touch upon many of these exercises and perfecting them on your own time will enable you to be stronger faster.
Complete 3 Rounds of the following:
- 10 body weight squats
Great for your glutes and thigh muscles. - 10 reverse lunges (10 on EACH side)
A foolproof workout targeting your upper legs. - 10 push-ups
As always the best for upper body. - 10 full sit-ups
As always the best for those abs. - 10 burpees
Workout out those arms, chest and glutes. - 1/4 mile run or power walk
Finish this Round Robin Workout with easy cardio.
