Ron Aigle, founder of BE FIT JC, was born in Trinidad and educated in London, England, where he earned a degree in Exercise Physiology from South Bank University. His passion for fitness began at just 14 years old, when the gym became more than a place to train; it became a refuge and the space where he discovered his strongest and most confident self.
That early connection evolved into a lifelong career in personal training. Over the past 15+ years, Ron has worked with professionals, celebrities, artists, and athletes, helping them achieve lasting results through a highly individualized approach to fitness. His training philosophy is rooted in science, consistency, and meeting people exactly where they are, physically and mentally.
Beyond coaching, Ron is also an inventor and product designer, holding three patents that reflect his commitment to innovation and performance. But as his career grew, so did his desire for more autonomy and deeper impact.
That vision led to the creation of BE FIT JC, a private fitness studio built to empower women through intentional training, accountability, and support. Ron’s mission is simple: to create a non-intimidating space where women feel confident, challenged, and capable of becoming the strongest version of themselves, inside and out.

Absolutely not. Our approach is rooted in Exercise Physiology, which means we meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced athlete, we assess your current movement patterns and build a custom roadmap that progresses at your pace.
While many trainers hold weekend certifications, an Exercise Physiologist like Ron Aigle holds a formal degree in the science of how the body responds to physical activity. This means your training is based on biomechanics, injury prevention, and medical-grade exercise science rather than just "working up a sweat."
No. We are a private facility at 150 Bay Street. Unlike "big box" gyms, we limit the number of people in the studio at any given time to ensure every client has the space, equipment, and focus they need. It is a non-intimidating, professional refuge.
It’s the best of both worlds. You train in a small group (usually 2–4 people) for added motivation and lower cost, but you are not doing a generic class workout. You are performing your own personalized program under the close supervision of an expert coach.
